The surface shows a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, and the base color is silvery white. Its surface coating is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.

The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvanized sheets is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized sheets.

3. Different performance

Galvalume sheets have better corrosion resistance than galvanized sheets. The aluminum component of galvalume-coated sheets plays a certain barrier role in the coating, making the galvalume-coated sheets more corrosion-resistant.

Galvanized sheets are prone to zinc film dissolution in humid environments, causing the substrate to rust. In addition, galvanizing also has better high temperature resistance and can maintain better mechanical properties at higher temperatures.

4. In terms of use

Galvalume sheets are widely used in construction, home appliances, automobile manufacturing and other industries, especially in the decoration of roofs, exterior walls and other buildings. Its surface can show a variety of different colors, and its color is stable and can meet different needs.

Galvanized sheets are mainly used in industry, agriculture, warehousing and other fields, such as making sinks, oil drums, chimneys, etc.
